Alfa Romeo logo 1925 - 1946

After the Alfa P2 won the first world Motor Racing Championship the badge was surrounded by a laurel wreath in respousse metalwork. The circle diameter rose from 65 to 75 mm.
In 1930 the diameter of the circle was reduced to 60 mm and remained unchanged until 1945.
Third edition of logo came with couple of changes comparing to the previous one. First and most noticeable is the distinct, light metallic frame around the logo. Another change since previous version is changing the "knot" illustration between "ALFA - ROMEO" and "MILANO" text from golden to the same white as the text itself.
Logo lasted for 21 years, up to the end of World War II.
