Since the ALFASUD factory was built in Pomigliano the word MILANO has not appeared on the badge which however retains its two Milanese symbols surmounted by the words ALFA ROMEO.

This is much simplified variation of the logo and the version as we all recognize today. Compared to previous editions, usage of bright, ligh golden shade is very obvious. The distinct metallic frame from previous 2 versions has been replaced with simple, smooth golden "ring". Both "knot" impressions and text "MILANO" dissapeared and "ALFA - ROMEO" changed from white to the same bright golden.
